Your new companyYour new company is a leading construction and engineering service provider in the rapidly expanding utilities sector. After another year of impressive growth they now need to recruit and experienced Group Financial Controller. Your new roleThe Financial Controller will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting for the expanding business unit based in Stockport. This role involves integrating acquisitions and implementing and stabilising Microsoft Dynamics. The Financial Controller will collaborate closely with commercial teams at both the group and operating business unit levels to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and controls. What you'll need to succeedYou will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA with 5+ years post-qualified. You will have strong technical financial accounting and reporting abilities, proven experience in financial management roles within fast-paced environments, and high proficiency with a range of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with implementing a new ERP system is a plus. You will possess leadership qualities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build strong business partnerships.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of up to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits.
