About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Group Management Accountant. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be key in producing and reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts, including budgets and forecasts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles to support the wider group finance function and contribute to strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly consolidated M.I pack, including P&L, balance sheet, funds flow, and KPI reporting, with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
  • Support regular reviews of subsidiary financial performance and reconcile key inter-company accounts.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes across the Group.
  • Conduct month-end checklist reviews and provide finance system support across subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate on the year-end audit preparation and consolidation of KPI data.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in Excel for data organisation, manipulation, and presentation.
  • Ability to demonstrate financial reporting knowledge and best practices.
  • Part or fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA.

You're a self-starter, able to work independently, and can build effective relationships across finance teams in group subsidiaries.
