  • Manage and optimise financial systems (e.g., D365, Trintech, SAP Concur), ensuring scalable processes, system integrity, and ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining robust controls across financial operations.
  • Oversee commission payments to Travel Counsellors with excellent communication.
  • Report on key operational finance KPIs such as overdue debt, timing of payments, and unreconciled transactions.

  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Career development opportunities
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 28 after 5 years)
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity pay
  • 3 paid charity days
  • Company events and incentives
  • 3x salary death in service benefit
  • Pension scheme
  • Private medical insurance or healthcare cash plan
  • Free breakfast and beverages

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of proficiency in financial software (e.g. D635, Trintech, SAP Concur) and Microsoft Excel.
