Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller | Hybrid | North West 

Overview:

Castlefield Recruitment are pleased to be working with a North West based property developer in order to recruit a Financial Controller on a 3 month interim basis where you’ll be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and controls. This is a hands-on position that requires an experienced finance professional with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

Role:As the Financial Controller you’ll lead the Finance Team to provide an excellent operational finance and business planning service 

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of the organisation’s vision, values and strategic objectives
• Support the development of the Finance team within the organisation, creating a business-focused service
• Support the development of strategic finance plans
• Lead collaborative work across the organisation to embed, deliver and enhance Value for Money
• Provide strategic advice, information and expertise to ensure that the organisation is financially managed to the highest level

Person:The successful Financial Controller will be/have:

• CCAB or equivalent professional qualification
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Private property experience (desirable)
