Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial drivers.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.

Management Reporting:

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using cloud technology
  • Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis of financial data. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Strategic Support:

  • Advise on financial implications of business activities and strategies. Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Analyse operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives. Support process improvement and automation efforts.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with customers. Attend board meetings and ensure that the objectives are being met.  

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certification: Graduating: CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn. Good time management and self-discipline; Teamwork.
