Management Accountant

Our client is a well-established, rapidly expanding hotel group and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join the growing team. This is a highly varied role where you willassist in the day-to-day financial activity of a number of hotels under different hotel brands.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Providing P&L narrative and variance analysis commentaries for the monthly P&L review
• Reconciling all monthly balance sheet accounts
• Assisting suppliers with account queries, processing all invoices
• Preparing the payment runs within the agreed payment terms
• Quarterly VAT Returns
• Cashflow forecasting and reconciliations
• Preparing monthly management board finance packs
• Assist with the annual budget preparation
• Preparing Statutory year-end accounts
• Preparing audit packs and assisting with audits
• Provide support to the hotels operational teams and general managers with the day to day running of the site.
• Provide support to the Head of Hotel Finance.
