Role - Management Accountant
Company - Local Authority
Location - North West
Duration - 12 months fixed term
Rate - 36.6k - 40.2k per/annum
I am working with a local authority client who are looking to bring in an Interim Finance Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to work within their Management Accountancy team.
Day to Day Duties:
- Undertaking budget monitoring, setting and monthly reporting.
- Assist with the year end closedown for various Cost Centres within the Authority within teams such as Public Health, Early Help, Children's services etc.
Experience Required:
- Must have recent Local Authority/Council experience in a similar role.
- Be a competent Management Accountant.
- Strong communication skills of dealing with various budget holders.
