Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary to senior management
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, offering support and guidance to business units
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance against budgets and targets
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems
- Prepare financial reports for international operations and contribute to global consolidation
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting
Key Skills Required:
- Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a management accounting role within a large or multinational organisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Proficient in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, with advanced Excel skills
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
