Joining an owner-managed, thriving retail, e-com SME business as their new Management Accountant, you will come in and produces the MAs end-to-end and be supported by a fantastic Finance Assistant who you'll oversee.
It's the perfect opportunity for a QBE Management Accountant, to come in, dig into the detail of the accounts and put the full pack together…and leave at the end of the day with no stress to take with you!!!
Flexible hours and hybrid working on a 3 office 2 days WFH split will give you all the space you need to maintain a healthy work/life balance, and see to commitments outside of work. Most of the finance team and SLT have young families, so they know the demands work can have on personal life. Be rest assured, you'll be joining a business who value your time massively, inside and outside of work.
Ideally you'll have some experience within a retail or e-com setting, but this isn't a deal breaker, the main thing is you have solid experience producing management accounts end-to-end. Qualifications aren't the be all and end all for this business, they value your experience more than anything.
It's an SME business, so as you can expect, you'll need to be comfortable with getting involved in all aspects of accounts, from the ledgers upwards. It's a hands-on and well-rounded position…Something which will be incredibly rewarding for someone who loves working directly with a business owner to drive their accounts function.
