Management Accountant
Salary up to 45,000pa
Location: Trafford Park
A successful SME business based in Trafford Park are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a great opportunity to further expand your career within a great SME business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Stock management
- Consolidating accounts
- Carrying out month end procedures such as reconciliations, posting journals, accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Good working knowledge of transactional processes and supporting the wider finance team
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Year end accounts support
- Other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Previous experience as a management accountant
- Ideally qualified or part qualified
- Knowledge of foreign currency, stock and accounts consolidation
- Excellent excel skills
- Experience working on SAGE
- Must be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice
- Must have some previous experience of doing an FTC or temp role, to demonstrate ability to hit the ground running

- Hybrid working once fully up to speed - 3 days in office and 2 at home
- 35 hour working week with a 2.30pm finish on a Friday
