Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the private client tax team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts on complex tax matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
- Oversee compliance and advisory work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide proactive advice.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in private client tax, with a strong advisory background.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
