As Private Client Tax Director, you will oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts, ensuring expert advisory and compliance services. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the private client tax team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Advise high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts on complex tax matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
  • Oversee compliance and advisory work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide proactive advice.
Requirements
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in private client tax, with a strong advisory background.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
