Description
- This role involves overseeing management accounts.
- Direct line management of one junior team member.
- Providing detailed financial analysis.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing year end statutory accounts.
- Act as point of contact for the year end audit and tax work, addressing any questions and providing information as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Professional accounting qualification desired but not essential (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
Job Offer
