VisionFR are delighted to be working with this exciting, very successful and growing Creative Agency who are now seeking a fab SeniorManagement Accountant to produce accuratemanagement information, manage the client revenue & WIP, and oversee the finance assistant.
The agency works with some great blue chip clients and is a collaborative place to work - they all attend the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home - this is important for retaining and building on the culture of the agency. There are good benefits on offer and the team is great.
The Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities will include:
- Management accounts production with variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliation - all accounts - understanding the balances
- Accruals / Prepayments / Fixed Assets
- Sales Invoicing
- Revenue recognition& Job cast review
- Monthly revenue forecasting
- Looking at utilisation reporting and meeting with the Client teams
- WIP and understanding and reporting/ acting on over/ underspends on Projects
- Overseeing the Finance Assistant who manages the PL
- VAT returns
- Oversee payroll & posting journals
- Staff cost reconciliations / Pensions / NI / Year end reposts / P11D's / PSA reporting
- Looking at process & systems improvement
- Ad hoc duties
Senior Management Accountant Key Attributes Required:
- Previous experience within a creative/marketing Agency
- Ambitious with desire to grow in your career
- Good Team Player
- Strong Excel user
- Good commercial skills
- Confident decision maker
- Paprika skills beneficial
- Analytical thinker
