Technology & Change Cost Finance Business PartnerInside IR35Gerrard White is currently seeking a Technology & Change Cost Finance Business Partner who will provide cost analysis, reporting and planning focusing on Technology and Change Projects. Outputs will give key stakeholders and Directors real insight into the cost base and strategic investments, providing them with timely, accurate & consistent information which can be acted upon in a timely manner. Key tasks:

  • Support the budgeting and planning process for including monthly forecasts. This will include FTE, staff, non-staff costs and the consolidation of change related project costs & benefits;
  • Produce high quality month end and forecast output with clear & concise commentary;
  • Ensure clearly communicated timetables and process to ensure key contributors provide high quality information with respect to forecasting of project spend and associated enduring costs & benefits;
  • Business partner key stakeholders & Directors;
  • Manage R&O processes in collaboration with the Business to minimise surprises;

Suitable candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Experience of business partnering and cost planning in previous organisations, ideally for Technology & Change
  • Organised and methodical to ensure deadlines are achieved with high quality information
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Clear thinker with the ability to present simple analysis from complex data
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage to tight deadlines
  • Ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively
  • High degree of integrity and credibility with senior management
  • Team player
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow up
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
