Assistant Accountant role

Our new client a Manufacturing sector client based north Manchester are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join the growing team. You will be an ambitious accountant who can be working towards a recognised qualification.This Assistant Accountant role is to manage and assist in the daily finance tasks for the finance function.Key responsibilities include -- Support the preparation of completion of Management Accounts and the budget process- To support the businees with the completion of Finance reports and balance sheet recs for the division- Working to strict deadlines in completing cash flow reports and forecasting- Production of KPI reports for management- Working in a small team to to meet key deadlines- Supporting costing process reviewsAs an Assistant Accountant you will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with exposure to the month end process.You will be a highly organised accountant with excellent attention to detail coupled with the ambition to develop through the business.
