Axon Moore are partnering with a leading client in their field, a client who we have worked with closely for a number of years to appoint a permanent full time Assistant Accountant.

You will join as part of the wider finance team and working closely with the finance leaders.

- Journal entries, invoice processing and expenses
- Processing of multicurrency payments
- Bank reconciliations and managing petty cash
- Prepare prepayments, accruals and maintenance of fixed asset register
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Working towards or achieved AAT L3
- Experience in a similar finance assistant / accounts assistant position
- Ideally experienced in SAGE 50
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate financial information in a way that non-financial people can understand it
