- Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Multitask effectively, handling filing, data entry, document management, and office support.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reports, and commission calculations.
- Manage emails professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with staff commission tracking and ensure payment accuracy.
- Answer phone calls and resolve customer queries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Use DocuSign (or similar) for digital document management.
- Provide administrative support across different departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
- Customer service experience (phone & email).
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus.
