Our client is a well-established company in Manchester and they are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous admin experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities as an Administration Assistant:
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Multitask effectively, handling filing, data entry, document management, and office support.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reports, and commission calculations.
  • Manage emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with staff commission tracking and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls and resolve customer queries in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Use DocuSign (or similar) for digital document management.
  • Provide administrative support across different departments.
Skills as an Administration Assistant:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Customer service experience (phone & email).
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus.
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work.
