Job Title: Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator

Location: Manchester

Contract Details: Temporary(6 weeks)/ Full-time

Salary: £14.53

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the administration of teaching and learning, student administration, student recruitment, international development, student success and development activities.
  • Support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, focusing on the student experience.
  • Coordinate and supervise teaching and learning, and student administration tasks.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update system records and ensure data quality.
  • Assist with the planning, organisation, and delivery of events.
  • Organise and service committee meetings and groups.
  • Evaluate and monitor office processes.
  • Act in accordance with and promote university policies and requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant knowledge and experience in teaching, learning, and/or student administration.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide information, advice, and guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supervisory and coordination abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience working in a team environment within a large organisation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good digital literacy skills.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Experience working with systems such as Campus Solutions.Customer service experience.

Technologies:

Proficiency with digital tools and systems relevant to teaching, learning, and student administration.
