Your new companyRegulatory organisation based in Manchester city centre are recruiting temporary administrators to join their busy team. They are passionate about improving and exceeding standards in their field, they are looking for like-minded individuals to bring fresh ideas and an enthusiastic attitude to the team. Your new roleConfident administrators required to provide support to a fast-paced team delivering excellent service whilst handling complaints, with the majority involving written correspondence.

  • Taking complaints from members of the public via phone, email or post.
  • Dealing with correspondence regarding complaints and the decisions that have been made
  • Working to the Data Protection Act
  • Drafting letters in a professional manner
  • Liaising with internal teams and professional bodies to gather information required for decisions
  • Updating computer records in a timely manner
  • Accurately logging notes of the progress of cases and actions taken

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong customer service skills with confidence in liaising with various levels and adapting your approach accordingly. To be able to show empathy and manage sensitive situations carefully
  • Proven experience in written correspondence
  • Experience of the Data Protection Act
  • Strong PC literacy including MS Office and data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail to effectively draft letters/documents for customers and professional bodies
  • Ability to work well in a team, maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to meet SLA's in a fast-paced environment and work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Experience prioritising a busy workload
