An amazing role has arisen for a Document Production Specialist to join a large law prestigious firm in either their Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds office.

This is a full time, permanent position offering an excellent work from home pattern working remotely with a salary up to 29k a year, with the hours of 4-12pm. You would only be required to attend the office 4 days a year in one of the locations.

For this role, it is essential for you to have Document Production experience working within a Document Production Team and have an accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

You will also need to have the confidence of producing a variety of documents for all legal groups with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to format documents to house style.

The role itself would be working within the Document Production Centre, and you will be:

- Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the firms procedures

- Transcription through digital dictation

- Document production and manipulation

- Accurately interpreting solicitors briefs within timescales necessary

- Proof reading and quality checking work

- Being proactive in making suggestions for improvements and prioritising the work load

- All of the above plus being an ambassador for document production team
