Executive Assistant - Local Government Temporary - ongoing.

Hybrid working - £21.58 per hour plus holiday pay.37 hours per week. 2 days per week office-based

This is an opportunity to work for a high-profile public section commission.As an executive assistant, you will be providing effective, high-quality administrative support to key decision makers such as board members, trustees and high-profile individuals.

This is a fast-paced executive assistant role and key tasks would be complex diary management, organising meetings, liaising with external stakeholders and minute taking.

Knowledge of local government and committee organisations would be beneficial.

You will also be responsible for organising meetings, producing reports and management information for meetings and be able to work in a proactive and intuitive manner.

This role would suit someone who has previously supported a committee-based organisation or local government, for example. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, delivery-focussed and able to keep on top of a varied range of tasks.
