We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone with a passion for numbers and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team and management.
  • Raise and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment management.
  • Support & manage and process timesheets for payroll purposes.
  • Assist in managing commissions and ensuring all financial documentation is up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and raise contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support in intermediary reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Organise and maintain accurate records, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and maintain insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Assist with financial reporting tasks and help resolve contractor payment issues.

Key Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Numerical Accuracy: Strong arithmetic skills and the ability to work with numbers comfortably.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and resolve them independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with financial software is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification, or qualifications in Maths, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience in administrative or financial roles, particularly within recruitment, would be an advantage.
