I am pleased to be working alongside a prestigious, Hale-based client who are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their business. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based in Hale, Altrincham.

Benefits:

Role Profile:

The success candidate will be Personal Assistant to a senior member of the company and will be responsible for providing a high-level of administrative support on a day-to-day basis. They will need to be organised, confident and assertive and will be responsible for communicating with a number of high-profile clients from a number of different industries including professional sports, music and entertainment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for new and existing clients, in-person, over the phone and by email
  • Assisting with the production and updating of confidential documents, communications and letters
  • Setting up files and carrying out anti-money laundering checks
  • Liaising with courts, putting together court documents and bundles
  • Organising and managing diary, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Managing HR and Recruitment processes within the business
  • Audio Dictation
  • Office Management

Specification:

  • Previous experience as a PA/Legal Secretary within a Legal setting is essential
  • Previous experience within Sports Law is desirable
  • SRA rules and regulations/AML training
  • Experience on CE court filing system
  • Litigation & conveyancing experience
