A place where the work is challenging but fun and interesting. Can you say that about your business? This firm is an influential, award winning modern financial planning practice. They’ve seen impressive client/AUM growth since setting up and long had the right idea when it comes to hiring and retaining their employees.Firstly they nurture and develop people. The reason for this job is because of internal promotion for example.Secondly they empower and trust their staff (remote working is the best evidence of this).
