Role Overview:As a Graduate Trainee Insolvency Administrator, you will embark on a rewarding career path in the field of insolvency. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing your knowledge and skills within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Reporting to senior team members, you will assist in managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including corporate and personal assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting case managers in the administration of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, bankruptcies, and administrations.
  • Preparing statutory reports and documentation in compliance with insolvency regulations.
  • Conducting investigations into financial histories and identifying potential recoveries for creditors.
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and progress reports.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Working closely with the team to meet deadlines and achieve case objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in finance, insolvency, and restructuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
