Our client is wanting to recruit an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator or Case Manager to join a very happy fun and growing team. You will have at least one to two years experience of working within corporate insolvency, have excellent organisational and time management skills, strong communicator both verbal and written, proficient in MS Office and ideally be experienced in using IPS. Finally you need to be a team player and be able to work on own initiative.

This is a really exciting opportunity of joining a relatively young insolvency practice and be part of a developing growng firm.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support IP and Director, carrying out various tasks and activities to ensure the effective management and completion of insolvency cases.

Main tasks include:

  • Creating and maintaining case files
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory documents
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information
  • Arranging and attending Creditor and client meetings
  • Undertaking investigations and gathering evidence to support claims and legal actions
  • Monitor case progress and update relevant parties as necessary
  • Providing general admin and support which will include taking/making calls and emails, scanning and photocopying documents, and conducting basic research tasks
  • Assist junior members of the team with insolvency matters
