Exciting Opportunity! We are currently seeking a talented and organised Junior Business Support Officer to join one of our favourite clients in Manchester City Centre

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company. They are a leader in their field and have a fantastic reputation in the industry.

Offering a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, company bonus, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, hybrid working and very close to tram and train links.

This is a Full-Time position and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and passionate team, allowing you to grow both personally and professionally.

As the Junior Business Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and quality of work across all disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various office duties, including meet and greet
  • Organise travel arrangements for the team members.
  • Act as the main point of contact, effectively fielding and directing inquiries to the relevant person or department and answering all emails that arrive in the general company inbox
  • Set up projects and maintain accurate records using the internal system.
  • Format documents to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Assist in creating draught invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete PQQs and other vital administrative tasks.

  • Previous office based experience
  • Highly organised, with a knack for multitasking.
  • Experience using multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
