- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including handling phone calls, managing tenant and landlord communications, and covering team absences when necessary
- Prioritize daily tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring the timely processing of invoices, credit control, and the management of ground rent and service charges
- Maintain and administer all licensing requirements for HMOs and selective schemes, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills
- Utilize your practical computer knowledge to update management systems and lodge deposits, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department
- Showcase your bilingual skills in either Cantonese or Mandarin and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
