Resource Coordinator/Administrator- Civil Engineering/Construction (Rail)

Key Accountabilities

This role will support and directly report in to the Resource Manager

The role will include:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the rosters are developed in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsible for managing the allocation of hours and weekend shifts ensuring correct utilisation of available resource.
  • Responsible for fatigue management amongst staff.
  • Responsible for the inputting of all training, annual leave and sickness shifts/hours into the relevant business systems.
  • Provide support with data analysis and production of reports associated with the planning and utilisation of staff

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of experience in a similar role within rail/ construction related industry
  • Experience of producing work for a team of people juggling competing priorities
  • Flexible/proactive - can do attitude who shows initiative to support others
