Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Hourly Rate: 12.32 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrator to join our client on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills to contribute to the smooth running of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the school leadership and staff
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Managing school records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of school communications
- Supporting the school's day-to-day operations and helping with any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a school setting)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team and on your initiative
