Due to growth, our client is looking for a further Administrator to join their support team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Giving quotations to clients over the phone and email.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Data entry, inputting orders.
- Main point of contact for customers for any queries or updates.
- Confirming delivery details and timelines.
- Assisting office with general administration duties
- Maintain all filing systems to an acceptable standard.
- Ad Hoc duties - credit checking, presentations, reports
Experience/ Skills Required
- Previous experience in a customer service type role
- GCSE English and Maths C grade or above
- Must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to provide an excellent level of service
- Must be able to commute to Trafford Park on a daily basis
- IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
