As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Serve as a key worker throughout the patient pathway.
- Manage a clinical caseload and coordinate care.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Assess and support patients' informational and emotional needs.
- Enable patients to understand complex medical information.
- Demonstrate clinical judgement and extensive knowledge of endometriosis.
- Provide pre-operative and ongoing support to patients.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to service development.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist role comes with:
