Your Role as a Field Sales Account Manager

  • Build strong client relationships through regular site visits.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling services.

  • Use CRM tools (Bullhorn) to track progress and report results.
  • Provide expert advice to help clients achieve their recruitment goals
  • You will be required to visit the office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire twice a month

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or field service, specifically focused on selling services rather than products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work across client sites (You must have a valid UK driving licence)
