We are pleased to be recruiting a structural engineer or senior structural engineeron behalf of a well established multi disciplinaryconsultancy in Manchesterwith well established business and esteemed clients across a number of sectors including commercial, highrise, industrial, education, leisure.
As a Structural Engineer you will join an established team who collaborate and support each other, with good opportunity for continued learning and progression. About you and the role
- You will be a structuralengineer ideally with 5yrs+ design experience
- Production of structural engineering work packages relating to medium to large development projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Production of calculations packages for Building Control submission.
- Undertake survey inspections and produce written reports.
- Represent the company at external meetings with clients, contractors, and fellow professionals.
- Proficiency in use of design software such as Tekla, Tedds, SCIA
- Ideally be chartered or near chartered, or have aspiratons to be chartered
