The Client

Our client are a multi-discipline construction consultancy based in Didsbury, they are looking to add a Chartered Structural Engineer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality structural solutions, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of two thriving and dynamic businesses.

 

The Role of Structural Engineer

  • Lead and manage a variety of structural engineering projects, including inspections, designs, and reports.
  • Collaborate with building consultancy and surveying teams on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients across a wide range of sectors.
  • Take on a managerial role, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the business's growth.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards.

 

About You

  • A Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with strong experience in structural engineering and project delivery.
  • Skilled in structural design, analysis, and problem-solving.
