Renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and residential projects, this is an excellent chance for AutoCAD and/or Revit experts to work with an established practice while advancing your career. The successful candidate will be collaborating with esteemed clients in the UK, Europe and USA, on innovative multi million pound projects.

This opportunity is perfect for Manchester based Architects, Project Architects and Senior Architects, with extensive experience working at RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on hospitality or residential projects. Revit and/or AutoCAD, plus technical design experience are a must for this role. We are looking for:

Duties

Technical delivery of projects, focusing on RIBA Stages 4-5.
Create high-quality technical drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Oversee and coordinate project timelines
Contribute technical expertise to the development and execution of complex residential and hospitality architectural projects.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Architecture and ARB registered
Proven technical experience in RIBA Stages 4-5.
Strong Revit and/or AutoCAD user
Confidentin preparing detailed technical drawings and documentation.
Strong portfolio of previous proven work.
