The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that each design meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered.
- Sufficient post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Excellent technical abilities.
- Develop and lead design concepts for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural solutions.
