Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Trafford
Salary: £30,000-38,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join a successful architectural practice with more than 20 years of experience delivering cutting edge designs. Their talented work across a diverse portfolio of projects from hotels to retail, leisure and residential projects. They have developed a strong network of clients, contractors and other professionals and have earnt an excellent reputation for their creative designs. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and thriving practice in Trafford, who offer regular CPD opportunities and a mix of exciting projects.
The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience, being well versed in ArchiCAD ideally, with experience working commercial projects and excellent technical detailing abilities.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
- Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
- Experience working on commercial projects of varying scales
- ArchiCAD experience is advantageous
- Excellent technical detailing and drawings
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages
- Able to hit the ground running, working independently
- Motivated for continued professional development
- Keen to input to company success
- Excellent attentiveness to detail
- Live locally to Trafford
