Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for design and implementation of architectural projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural solutions that meet design briefs and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Help to deliver technical projects from Planning Stage through to New Build delivery and Refurbishments.
- Strong eye for design and detailing that can be applied across various sectors.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 year's post qualification working in the UK.
- Be CIAT registered or hold an equivalent international professional qualification.
- Experience in Residential and/or Education sectors.
- Project delivery using Revit software (BIM L2 beneficial) and knowledge of NBS.
