I am delighted to be actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join a well-established, dynamic and highly reputable Architectural Practice in Manchester. My client has two offices in the UK and have over 90 talented staff members who have cultivated an inclusive and collaborative environment which champion progression, success and technical excellence. Their diverse portfolio of projects not only range between sectors such as leisure, hotel and residential but also across all scales. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to become an integral member of this friendly and growing team.
The successful candidate will have post qualification experience especially on RIBA work stages 4 and 5, hold technical expertise in industry standard software and have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant post qualification experience in the UK
- A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC
- Technical expertise in Revit is essential as well as other industry standard software
- Experience working in a range of sectors ideally residential and hotels
- A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
- Work well both independently and in a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
- Live locally to the Manchester area
