This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who provide highly technical expertise to the residential, retail, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an ambitious Graduate Architectural Technologist who is looking to kickstart their career within the construction industry and professionally grow with their Manchester based team.
To be successful in applying for the Graduate Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a relevant degree within Architectural Technology and possess relevant work experience within a UK practice. You will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit as well as showing a familiarity with UK building regulations

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
- HND or HNC within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience within a UK architectural practice is essential
- Proficiency with Revit software
- Experience with the residential and commercial sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with UK planning and building regulations
- Full UK driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Live locally within the Manchester area
