My client are a leading building envelope contractor providing high-quality facades and cladding projects across the UK. Their primary focus involves completing remediation projects on commercial and high-rise buildings, working on a number of high-profile schemes across the county.
They have an exciting requirement for a Pre Construction Manager to join their business.
Duties to include:
- Set up surveys of buildings to establish faade build ups
- Preparing take offs
- Preparing tender packages
- Obtaining subcontractor quotes for works needed for tenders
- Preparing and completing bills of quantities for tenders
- Engaging with clients
- Presenting tenders to the clients
Requirements:
- Preferably have experience within faades, but this is not essential.
- The role will be a mix of office and site based.
- Travel nationwide will be expected, with hotels and travel reimbursed.
