As the Pre Construction Manager your role entails a diverse range of duties and responsibilities.
- This includes overseeing the pre-construction process and procedures, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution. The ownership of the tender decision process falls under this purview, requiring astute judgment and strategic thinking.

Furthermore, analysis and benchmarking of pre-qualification and tender success rates, along with client feedback, are integral aspects of the role, driving continuous improvement and competitiveness.
