Salary: £35,000- 45,000 depending on experience

This highly reputable practice have several exciting projects landing so are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural technologist / technician to join their friendly practice in Manchester.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician will be a proven job runner with extensive experience working across a range of medium to large scale projects and have experience managing a small team.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician:
- Degree or HND/HNC in architectural technology or related subject
- CIAT registered
- Substantial post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Must have experience with medium to large projects ideally in the industrial sector
- Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Manage a small team and assist with training
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong technical abilities
- Produce high quality detailed drawings and packages
- Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
- Job running experience
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Live locally to Manchester
