Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
Location: Manchester
I'm looking to speak with experienced Architect based around the Northwest area for a great opportunity with a client of ours based in central Manchester. The practice in question is one of the larger practices in the region with 80 staff company wide and an excellent reputation in the Northwest for delivering highly design led schemes across a multitude of sectors.
Whilst we are looking for an all-rounder, you will most likely be successful if you have strong technical experience in the hotel, residential and/or office sectors. You must have experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on site and have good time management skills along with being able to work autonomously / manage your own workload.
Your role within the team will be to lead projects with the view to also leading a team. Our client is known for developing staff and promoting from within so great career progression prospects are on offer.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- AutoCAD experience essential
- Revit experience desirable
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A minimum of 5 years full time experience in the UK working on 5m+ commercial projects
- Good knowledge of building regulations
