Senior Interior Designer required to join a thriving studio in central Manchester.

This important role will see the successful Senior Interior Designer operating at the forefront of a busy company with a national presence. There will the opportunity to run your own projects, support a busy design team and provide valuable contributions at a senior management level.

The company are only relatively new on the scene in Manchester, but their experienced Senior team have a wealth of knowledge and experience behind them. They have established a reputation operating within the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Workplace sectors and have plans to further expand and diversify over the coming years. Initially it is expected that this Senior Interior Designer will mostly be working on residential-focused projects.

Some of the key criteria we are looking for the Senior Interior Designer to demonstrate are:

  • Design & Project Management skills:
    • Can you demonstrate a good eye for quality Design & Architecture.
    • Can you set and meet deadlines appropriately.
    • Can you use a variety of tools/software to produce high quality outputs.
    • Can you manage client expectations.
  • Team management/support:
    • Contributing to design standards.
    • Setting an example for the rest of the team to work towards.
    • Maintaining a strong and exciting work environment for all to thrive in.
    • Monitoring output of lesser-experienced members of staff.
    • Providing mentorship and guidance.
