Are you an organised and proactive individual ready to take on an exciting role in the Manufacturing industry? Our client, a thriving organisation experiencing rapid growth, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team!
What You'll Be Doing:
In this temporary position, you will be instrumental in supporting the finance department with a variety of tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Finance Administration: Assist with essential financial processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Purchase Ledger: Process invoices accurately and efficiently, contributing to effective financial management.
- Data Input: Maintain accurate records and data entry to support financial reporting.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Tackle various administrative tasks as required, showcasing your versatility.
- Support Operations Manager: Collaborate closely with the operations manager to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For:

- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all financial entries and communications.
- Proactive Attitude: A go-getter who takes the initiative and is eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Sage is preferable, but not essential. Experience with SAP implementation is a plus!
