- Support with daily tasks including scheduling, content planning, and execution of campaigns.
- Create in-house content, including graphic design and social media materials.
- Manage contractors, including briefing, following up on revisions while processing payments and invoices.
- Assist with social media management, running giveaways, posting content and commenting back to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand messaging aligns with company goals.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Competitor analysis
- Basic experience with graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.
- Basic experience with video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
