Sales Consultant
As an experienced sales consultant, you will be familiar working within a fast-paced environment and be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to resource, develop business, negotiate and engage in ranging conversations in a professional manner. The successful recruit will take over a warm desk which already has existing clients and provides an exciting opportunity to build on this and run your own sales empire!
What the role will involve:
- Candidate attraction and retention
- Creativity and innovation with marketing/brand awareness
- Building new relationships with schools and candidates
- Business Development Calls
- Face to face visits and school tours with key decision makers
- Attending recruitment fairs/business managers meetings and headteacher conferences
