Sales Development Associate

Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a Sales Development Associate. The position will be to create a prosperous sales pipeline using a multi-channel strategy to secure new business in the UK and US region to contribute to the sales team's overall revenue targets.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for:
  • Working proactively with the wider sales team to book product demos for prospective customers.
  • Using research methodologies specific to your market, location, and industry to create a portfolio of target customers
  • Generating new leads via a multi-channel approach: emails, telephone calls, and social media messages.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with information on progress and create sales sequences.
  • Creating a unique sales approach that incorporates our brand and vision for the business.
Skills and experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills - you’re good at taking on new information and open to constructive feedback to help you progress your career in SaaS Sales.
  • You know your way around a computer and can easily pick up new softwar
  • A tenacious and resilient attitude.
  • Good teamwork skills - you’ll have your targets to meet, but never at the expense of your team.
